1. How do I place an order?

To place an order:
Select your desired products and proceed to checkout.
Complete payment via manual bank transfer and send the payment confirmation screenshot to our WhatsApp number (provided on the website).
Your order will be processed once payment is verified.

3. What if my product arrives damaged?

If the damage is due to our error (e.g., manufacturing defects), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Courier-related damage must be reported directly to the delivery service.

5. Are your products durable and authentic?

Absolutely! Our prayer mats, tasbeehs, abayas, and scarves are crafted with premium materials and traditional techniques to ensure quality and longevity. Each product reflects Islamic heritage and meticulous craftsmanship.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location. Delays due to courier services or external factors are not under our control.

4. How long do refunds take to process?

Approved refunds (for valid claims) are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Delays may occur due to bank processing times.

6. Do you deliver nationwide in Pakistan?

Yes! We offer standard shipping across all cities in Pakistan. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
